Whether you’re adding dossier materials to Interfolio, or candidates are uploading documents themselves, candidates should always log into Interfolio to review case materials and sign the certification form. This is in keeping with existing practices, with some subtle changes — for example, filling out Prior Certification Form #1 replaces the practice of initialing each page of the dossier. For more information about candidate certification, including links to step-by-step instructions, see the article on the Opus Support Site, How Does Candidate Certification Work in Interfolio?

Online Cases, In-Person Help
this Thursday, staff from Academic Personnel and the Opus project will hold regular “office hours” to assist Opus users with cases or to answer any questions they may have about Opus or Interfolio. Users who plan to attend an Office Hours session should sign up for a time slot on our Office Hours Google Spreadsheet and bring their case materials with them — we will have a work station available for users to log in. Going forward, to find the schedule for the next Office Hours session, check the Workshops and Events page on the Opus Support Site.
Missing Emeriti?
Emeriti appointments are not automatically created in Opus. If you are missing emeriti on your roster, please add them by creating an appointment action, using the appropriate emeritus title code. APO and the Academic Senate use Opus emeriti information and appreciate your attention to this request.
