Associate Multiple Actions with One Interfolio Case
Sometimes administrators need to use the same dossier for more than one action. And since each Opus case is associated with exactly one action, this means admins need to link multiple cases to the same dossier. Wondering how to do this? Interfolio has implemented the request we made to upload multiple files at once. When you click the “Add File” button in an Interfolio dossier, you can drag and drop multiple files onto the upload window that pops up.

Reminders
The (Very Important) Notify Candidate Button
The “Notify Candidate” button in Interfolio is the key to associating a faculty candidate with a dossier, and it must be clicked at the start of a case. This is because that button only appears at the very beginning of a case, before the case has been sent forward. If the “Send Forward” button is clicked without first clicking the “Notify Candidate” button, this button disappears and the ability to associate a candidate with the dossier is lost. Since this means the candidate will not be able to view their dossier or sign certifications, it’s essential that admins use this button when starting cases.
