The new “Limited Review” templates should not be used until you’ve updated the committees on their steps. The committees currently on these templates are placeholders that need to be replaced with your real committees.
New Form: Dean’s Final Requiring VC Salary Approval
APO has posted a new .pdf form that Deans can use both to record their approval of a Dean’s Final action and to request an off-scale salary that requires Vice Chancellor’s approval. The APO website has the form in the Data Summary Forms section. Once your dean has completed the form, upload it to the Dean's Office Review section of the case in Interfolio.

Actions for all academic series can now be processed by Opus with an online dossier in Interfolio. If you need to do something that you feel you can’t in Opus, please let us know.
