New Forms to the Rescue

Just in time for your next multi-department review, you’ll notice that we’ve created two new certification forms for use with cases that involve more than one department.

  • Prior Certification Form #2 - Multi-Department Review
  • After Certification Form - Multi-Department Review

Because certification for cases in multiple departments/schools needs to be synchronized, even when different departments’ review processes may occur at different times, these forms allow candidates to certify materials from multiple departments at different times, but still with a single point of documentation. See our new support article, What Are the Multi-Department Review Forms? for more information.

Reminders

Short and Sweet and Important

If you haven’t signed up for our Zoom session this Friday, we recommend you do! We’ll be covering the topic of administrative permissions in Interfolio, useful any time a new colleague joins joins your academic unit (or when you join a new one). While it’s important, it’s not complicated — this should be a quick one. Sign up today.

Office Hours: Sign-Ups Always Open

Whenever you need help, remember that we hold office hours every week. You can get expert, one-on-one help with your cases by claiming a time slot on our sign-up spreadsheet.

Considering a Custom Section?

As mentioned in our article, What Should I Avoid Doing in Interfolio? please do not add sections to the case materials in Interfolio. The sections put in place by APO should cover all necessary materials. If you have a question about where to upload a document that’s not addressed in the article, What Documents Should Appear in Case Materials? Please email Opus Help.

Leave the Privileging to Us

Remember to always request administrator access (for Opus and Interfolio) through your dean’s office. This helps us make sure everyone has the correct privileges and training for their work in Opus/Interfolio.
