Making someone a committee manager in Interfolio allows them to do several things that regular committee members can’t.
Interfolio has two types of committee members: regular members and committee managers. Both types have case access whenever a case is on a step where their committee is assigned, but those with committee manager status can do several more tasks.
Regular committee members can:
View case materials
Download case materials (unless an Interfolio administrator has prohibited this feature)
In addition to the above, committee managers can also:
Email the candidate
Email committee members
Upload, view and download case materials, and share them with the candidate and/or committee members
Adjust the access level of case materials
Unlock case sections to allow candidates to access forms or upload documents
Assign temporary members to their committee for the duration of the case
Recuse a member of their committee from a case review step
Move a case forward
