You can contact Opus Help if you need to make changes to Opus data.
Almost every update to an appointment should be implemented through the relevant type of case. If there are errors in the appointment (e.g. the person is listed at the wrong step or percent time), contact Opus Help, who can make changes directly to an appointee’s profile.
If you want to add a comment to a person’s appointment, you can do this by clicking the comments icon in the appointment’s table on the Profiles page (see article linked below). This icon also provides access to comments added by others.
