When an appointment is approved then processed in Opus, but the candidate does not come to the university, administrators should allow the appointment to become effective, and email Opus Help. There is no need to do anything to the case itself.


The reason for this is because the case and the outcome should both be retained, so we can’t remove prospective appointments.
