Yes, you can export many of Opus’ data tables to Excel format.


This feature is available wherever you see an “Export to Excel” button, as shown in the screenshot of the Eligibility page below. Users can simply click this button and an Excel document will download.

Note: This feature exports a complete set of data for a given table, rather than the current view. Column filters applied in the data table have no effect on the export output.


Users may need to change the data format of the date column to make dates display as they anticipate when opening exported data into a spreadsheet application.


When opening the exported document it’s likely that users will need to adjust the column widths to allow Excel to display contents that run beyond the boundaries of their cells. This particularly applies to the UID column and to date columns. One may quickly make this adjustment by selecting all cells and using the “AutoFit Column Width” command, typically available under Format.
