This page displays active, completed, and withdrawn cases--each on its own tab, clickable above the table. The Active Cases table has the Start a New Case button for initiating actions for current or proposed academic appointees.

Delete/Withdraw Button
At the far-right of each row in the Active Cases table is a button to delete or withdraw the action (the trashcan icon in the screenshot above is now a button labeled Delete/Withdraw ). Clicking that button gives the user the choice to delete or withdraw the case in that row.
- A case should be deleted if a mistake was made in Opus and the case needs to be redone, or if the candidate decides against submitting a case.
- A case should be withdrawn If the case has gone to committee review and the candidate then decides to stop the case.
