When creating a Waiver or Exemption in Recruit, please be aware of how the Name field works. Recruit has a single field for the candidate name in a Waiver or Exemption request. (In contrast, a Recruitment, with a JPF#, has a First Name field and a Last Name field).

To parse this single field into a First Name and a Last Name, Opus assumes the first word is the First Name and the second word is the Last Name. For many names, this solution doesn't work. If the candidate's name displays incorrectly in Opus, you may edit their name on the Profile: Summary page.
