Yes, but users should not update this information in Interfolio directly. Instead, they should update it in the systems with which Opus synchronizes to get this information.

Administrators will receive Interfolio notifications at the same email address that appears in their account for their UCLA Logon. Candidates will receive email notifications at the email address listed on their Interfolio case, which is the email address associated with their UCLA Logon when the case is created (the email addresses where candidate correspondence is sent cannot be changed once the case is started).

If the candidate does not already have one, they need to create a logon ID in the UCLA Logon system and link it to their University ID before the Opus case can be opened in Interfolio. If they've created a UCLA Logon, but it is not linked to their UID, they should establish that link. Both options are available here:
Logon.UCLA.edu

If the candidate has a UCLA Logon and it's linked to their UID, but they want to change the email address used in Opus, the local Campus Directory updater should update their email address in the directory. These updaters can be found here: http://directory.ucla.edu/updaters.php. Changes to email addresses will take up to 48 hours to show up in Opus and Interfolio, after which point the information in Interfolio may also need to be manually synchronized (email opushelp@ucla.edu). Once this occurs, the case can be continued with the "Go to Interfolio" button.
