Yes, but in general you can only delete documents that you — or users with the same permissions as you — have uploaded.
Admins can delete files uploaded to this case by admins.
Committee managers can delete files uploaded to this case for their committee.
Candidates can delete files they’ve uploaded to their own packets/dossiers.
If you need to upload a new version, or if a candidate needs to upload a new version, of an existing file, the original file may be deleted according to the above guidelines, and a new one uploaded.
