Because logging in can derail the forwarding process.


If a user isn’t logged into Interfolio before clicking the “Go to Interfolio” button, the need to go through the login pages can cause Interfolio to redirect to the Dashboard instead of the Case page when the login is complete.


The solution is to simply close the Interfolio browser tab, and click the “Go to Interfolio” button again.
