If you spot an appointment with an incorrect affiliation, please contact us and we'll address this error during periodic data maintenance.
Examples of affiliations that are always incorrect include:
- Additional (additional appointments should be either Additional-Joint or Additional-Split)
- Primary-Joint or Primary-Split (primary appointments can't be Joint or Split)
If you find an affiliation that could potentially be correct (i.e., it's not in the above list) but you know it isn't (because you know the affiliation of the appointee, for example), please let us know about it.
