The only people who can see data for academic appointees are administrators in a given department or school, staff for the Academic Affairs and Personnel Office.
To see who has access to Opus and Interfolio in your unit, go to the Manage Permissions page. If you are in the dean's office, you will first see everyone who has access at the school level. Click on each department to view who has access at the department level.
The Opus Roles table shows people with access to your unit Opus. To add or remove access, contact the opus help desk after reviewing our "How to Request Access to Opus" article.
The Interfolio Roles table shows people with administrator access to your unit in Interfolio. To add or remove access, contact the opus help desk after reviewing our "How to Request Access to Opus" article.
The Interfolio Committees tables show who is on each Interfolio standing committee and their role (member or manager). You are able to add and remove committee members yourself.
Delete a member by clicking on the "trashcan" icon.
Add a member by clicking "Add Person", and entering the required information.
