When you create a merit, promotion, off-scale salary request, or five year review, or merit equity review case for a faculty who is required to submit an annual report of their outside activities in OATS, Opus will display the status of their annual certification on the Review Process tab.
If the candidate has not submitted their annual certification and it is past the due date, you will see the following message.
If the candidate has submitted their certification, even if it has not yet been approved, you will see this message.
Opus will not stop you from creating the case even if the certification is past due, but you should contact the faculty member and ensure they certify as soon as possible.
