The Review Process tab on an Opus Case Summary is where an administrator selects the template on which to base the Interfolio packet for the case.  Administrators need to select the appropriate template for the packet based on the personnel series and action.  For Merit advancements, administrators need to take into consideration whether it's a Hurdle Step or an Acceleration requiring CAP review.    


When selecting a template for an Interfolio case that will be linked to multiple Opus cases, users should select the template that corresponds to the action requiring the highest level of review. For example, if the candidate is an Assistant Professor being reviewed for their Fourth Year Appraisal, Merit, and Renewal actions, the staff should choose the Review: With CAP template, as the Appraisal will require CAP and VC review.
