If you have either administrator or committee manager privileges in Interfolio, you can upload documents to the packet/dossier of a case. These materials become part of the case, and can be shared with the candidate and/or other committee members.

Step 1. Log into Interfolio
You can access Interfolio either by clicking on links in an email you receive, or by navigating to their website directly at www.interfolio.com. Instructions for logging in can be found in the article, How to Access Interfolio for Review Committee Members, linked near the bottom of this page. Be sure to use the "Partner Institution" link to access the UCLA Logon system when logging in.
Step 2. View the Cases Page
The first page you see after logging into Interfolio is the Dashboard. Click the "Cases" link on the left, or if the case you want to access is listed in the "Your Action Items" section, click the candidate's name to skip to Step 4 in the appropriate section (sending to either the candidate or committee) below.

Step 3. Open the Case
Interfolio displays a list of cases available to you, identified by candidate. Click the name of the candidate whose case materials you want to view. Depending on whether you want to email the candidate or committee members, continue with Step 4 from the corresponding section below.

Step 4. Click "Add File"
Interfolio displays the Case page with the case materials tab open. Find the section of the packet where you'd like to upload the file and click the "Add File" link in its header.

Step 5. Browse or Drag File
To navigate to the file on your computer, click the "Browse to Upload" button. To add a file from your finder/file explorer, drag the file directly onto the area shown.

When the file has successfully been added, it will show up in the packet under the Case Materials tab, as shown below.
