Comments added when working with a case in Interfolio remain with the case, in some scenarios even after the case has been closed.
Committee members can add comments in two places in Interfolio: in the Conversations area of the Case Details tab, and through the Notations feature available in Interfolio’s Materials Viewer.
Privacy
Comments left in the Conversation area are visible to all members of the current committee at the current step. If there is more than one committee at the current step, Conversation comments are only visible to the committee to which the user is currently logged in — members of other committees cannot see Conversation comments.
Notations left in the Materials Viewer are only visible to the individual who creates them.
Keep in mind that comments associated with a case are stored by Interfolio, and in many scenarios are considered discoverable.
