As a review candidate, you can upload files to a case. Then, when you are ready for these materials to become accessible to administrators and committee members, you must also submit the materials — uploading by itself is not sufficient. In the example that follows, the administrator has set up the case for the candidate with one explicit document requirement and one "requirement" where the candidate can upload additional documents (this allows the candidate to upload documents as they see fit). The upload process is similar for uploading to each of these sections.
