The Opus roadmap may be viewed below.
Opus is our home-grown administrative application to manage academic personnel reporting. This roadmap is for features that are available to staff in the departments, dean's offices, and central AAPO.
Please note the following:
- Included below are planned requests that we hope to start on over the next year. The roadmap below does not include unplanned requests that we may work on in the future.
- The roadmap below does not include ongoing production support activities such as bug fixes, security updates and general application maintenance. Some production support activities may take a lot of the team's time and delay other requests.
- Target start/release quarters are noted below. The timeline may change if important new work comes up or if an item proves trickier than expected.
- Items may be removed at any time. Items get removed if more important work surfaces, or if a new feature or enhancement cannot be completed with the time and resources allocated.
- The roadmap is updated roughly quarterly as the team determines what it truly can take on for a given cycle.
Statuses

Committed: Work to begin in the next quarter, design is fairly well fleshed out;
Planned: Work to begin in 3-6 months, design needs more work;
