User Guides
Articles in this folder act as tables of contents for other articles on the Opus Support Site, gathering links to articles that are geared toward specific user roles.
How-To Guides
Articles in this folder provide information for users who want to quickly learn how to do a particular task. Since the primary aim is to quickly convey processes, these articles always contain a series of steps and screenshots.
Opus Support Forums
This area provides community announcements, release notes, known issues and status updates.
Searching the Support Site
Near the top of every page on the Support Site is a search field. Users may enter text here to search the Solutions Area and the Forums.
Opening a Support Ticket
Near the top of every page on the Support Site is a link to create a new support ticket. Clicking this link takes the user to a form where they can initiate a support request. The Opus Support Site uses email-based correspondence in its ticketing system. After creating a support ticket, users receive replies from Opus Support in their regular email inbox; responding to support is as simple as replying directly to these emails.
