The types of actions Opus will allow users to choose when starting a case are dependent on different factors — examples include the current title code of the appointee for whom the case is being started, or whether the appointee's appointment in the department of the user is primary or additional. The table below provides a snapshot of actions currently available in Opus, listed in alphabetical order.
